But typical fitness assessments include going over your fitness goals; covering any potential physical issues related to your ability to exercise; run you through some assessment exercises based on your goals; and run you through a little workout.

What is needed for the Virtual Fitness Assessment
- Wear workout attire – something you’ll feel comfortable sweating in.
- Internet connected computer (or smart device/phone) with connected camera, speakers, and mic.
- Space large enough to workout in
- Make sure the area is big enough, and you’re camera is placed so that your whole body can be seen whether you are performing an exercise lying on the ground or standing with arms up over your head. Quick adjustments to camera angles during Virtual Fitness Assessment are fine.
- A range of weights to workout with. (or several bands of different tensions)
- Exercise ball (highly recommended but not necessary)
- Water
- Workout towel
- Cardio equipment is not necessary, but can be used if you have it.
In-Person Training
If you live in the Loomis, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Auburn, Penryn, Lincoln areas you can train in-person and one-on-one with Adam Strock. With in-person training Adam will come to your location with everything needed for your personalized workout. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist (C.E.S.) Adam will ensure your safety as you work towards your fitness goals.
Fitness Assessment
Within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the form above, you’ll be contacted to schedule your free fitness assessment. Fitness assessments can vary from person to person. But typically include: completing a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q); going over your fitness goals; covering any potential physical issues related to your ability to exercise; run you through some assessment exercises based on your goals; and run you through a little workout.
