Training with Adam was wonderful – I always felt comfortable trying workouts that were new to me and knew that even if I struggled at first, Adam would be patient and encouraging.

While working with Adam, I noticed a huge difference with me body and strength. For the first time in my life I actually considered myself to be a healthy person. I learned so much from him – how to work out properly, how to find good posture, what to do for different types of pain, what foods my body needed etc.. Adam is so knowledgeable.

Most recently Adam gave me some tips on exercises to do to alleviate the sciatica I’ve been suffering from during pregnancy. I had at first found some stretches online that I thought would be helpful, but they made things much worse. He pointed that out and suggested that I try specific exercises to build muscle and that changed everything!
